MCC announces leadership change in Americas

Felix Angst will serve as chief commercial officer of MCC, while Craig Miller will transition to a senior advisor role.

MCC has announced two key leadership moves — strengthening the company’s customer‑centric focus and positioning the company for continued growth across the Americas . The moves go into effect on May 15, 2025.

After a decade of contributing to MCC’s commercial momentum as vice president of sales and marketing; president – Americas; and, most recently, chief commercial officer, Americas, Craig Miller will transition to a senior advisor role. Miller’s customer‑centric leadership and 30 years of industry expertise have made significant contributions to the MCC business. The company will continue to benefit from his guidance in this new capacity.

Meanwhile, MCC has announced the appointment of Felix Angst as chief commercial officer of MCC.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Angst brings over 20 years of international commercial leadership experience in the packaging and consumer goods industries. He has a strong track record of driving growth and customer centricity, most recently serving as SVP of sales and customer excellence at Huhtamaki. There, he led initiatives that significantly improved commercial performance. Prior to Huhtamaki, Angst spent 15+ years leading key account and sales teams in flexible and folding carton packaging at Amcor and Alcan.

Angst holds MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA).

“We are confident Felix’s leadership and experience will be a strong asset to MCC as we continue to accelerate our commercial momentum,” the company said in a statement. “Please join us in welcoming Felix to the team.”
